Grade: Moderate to hard need to have a reasonable level of fitness to enjoy this tour. This trip involves climbing to the summit of Mt Kinabalu. This is a hard trek, and a good level of fitness and preparation is recommended. The conditions at the summit can be extreme, so please take clothes suitable for very low temperatures, and possibly rain. We suggest preparation of at least 30 minutes of aerobic type exercise, 3 times a week for 2 months prior to the tour.
