Founding Director: Kate Bowyer
Kate has been volunteering at the Tanzanian Orphan and Street Children's Projects for the past few years. Most recently Kate spent 8 months living in Tanzania where she worked with COET management in Mwanza, Tanzania. Kate has a Bachelor of Psychology and a Masters of Child & Adolescent Welfare and is dedicated to improving the lives of those less fortunate. Kate is employed locally as an adolescent and family therapist.
Director: Bianca Board
Bianca has been a director of Little Paths from its conception. She believes that with the right support, our kids dreams can become reality and has a personal goal to touch as many lives as she can over the course of her life. Bianca's a successful (but mainly busy) businesswoman who owns several creative companies including www.brb.com.au and www.web123.com.au and donates her time to all Little Paths' advertising and marketing.
Director: Peter Douglas
Peter is a senior consultant for WDF Professionals Wagga. Peter is an experienced and well respected accountant and volunteers his time to be a valued director of Kuleana Kids Ltd. Peter ensures that we are operating with the highest possible standards, complying with the relevant legislation governing corporations and attending to all other tasks appropriately.
Secretary: Sarah Wentworth Perry
Sarah works locally as a successful sales woman and is a strong advocate for the rights of children and of animals. Sarah is incredibly skilled in communication and organisational skills and keeps Little Paths running to the highest standard. She believes that the voice of one can change the lives of many and uses that belief to encourage individuals to become sponsors of Little Paths and contribute to improving the lives of the children we care for.
Treasurer: Emma Board
Emma is Little Paths treasurer. Em is never shy of a challenge and has committed so much of her own time to ensure that the children that she has committed to are the complete beneficiaries of all Little Paths. She manages the difficult job of keeping us and all our accounts organised and functional with huge heart and clear vision. Em is an incredible asset to our organisation and will assist you with any financial enquiries you have.
Tanzania Liaison Officer: Katie Kitwe-Magambo
Katie lives and works in Tanzania. Katie is accomplished in her field and holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Masters of Health and International Development. She has had experience in Australia in community development - working with both with disadvantaged youth and refugee familie and has experience working with youth mental health programs. Katie is passionate about community development and in particular improving health and education outcomes for young people.

Fundraiser: Rachel Plumridge
Rach is currently studying psychology at a local university. Rach is working in administration whilst completing her studies. Rach has had lots of experience working with international organisations dedicated to the wellbeing of children. She is crazy passionate about children's and animals rights and dedicated to social justice for all.
Fundraiser: Ebony Schonfield
Ebony is currently studying a degree Bachelor of Veterinary Science/Bachelor of Veterinary Biology. Ebony has spent time visiting and working in poverty strickent areas in Fiji, Thailand and Laos. She spent 9 months representing her school in Hungary and was awarded the Carolyn Chisholm award for Community Service at her high school in 2005. In the same year, she received the Youth Encouragement Award from the Campbelltown City Show Society Inc. Ebony was looking to contribute her skills to an organisation since moving to Wagga and is happy to have found Little paths Australia.
WA Fundraiser: Stacey McDonald
Stacey is our Western Australia consultant supporting LIttle Paths by holding fundraising events and by encouraging individuals to become sponsors of the children we care for in Western Australia. Staceys passion was fueled after she travelled to Mwanza and volunteered her time teaching and supporting the children from 'Kuleana Centre.' Stacey has experienced the devestation caused by poverty first hand and has since dedicated her time to directly improve the lives of the children she met.
